Owner & Founder40 Years of Building History
Jeff Rogers' building career began in 1985 as Rogers Realty and Development. While building and selling small apartment projects, the decision was made that custom home building fit more with his creative, hands-on approach to construction. In 1996, Jeff’s focus turned entirely on custom home construction, creating the development of Jeff Rogers Custom Homes, Inc.
Over the past 29 years, Jeff has built over 300 custom homes – from simple, budget-conscious, first-time buyer homes – to 11,000 square foot estates. In 2007, as the economy changed the direction of new home building, Jeff began to direct some of his attention to remodel and home additions.
Jeff and his wife, Kim, have three daughters and seven grandchildren. They have been happily married for 35 years. "We know how important our family is to us and how important it is to have a place of refuge for all to gather. Let us help you create an environment you’ve always dreamed about."
Generational Craftsmanship
Brady Fenn’s building career began in 2007 when he spent summers building custom homes with his father. His father, Mark Fenn, is the owner of Fenn Homes, a custom home builder in Benson, Arizona. Brady enjoyed seeing the progress of building a home, because starting from a raw piece of dirt and turning it into someone’s home is where memories are created.
Brady joined Fenn Rogers Custom Homes in 2014 and enjoys the working relationship with its owner, Jeff Rogers. Together they have built many beautiful custom homes. Brady specializes in custom homes of all types as well as eye catching remodels and home additions.
Brady also enjoys the remodel process of reworking a space, or taking something old and dated and making it new and relevant. Finishing a remodel and looking back at the before photos is especially rewarding. Brady looks forward to the continued growth of Fenn Rogers Custom Homes and taking over for Jeff when he retires.
