The carpentry team is leaving their mark as the #EuropeanHeights project enters the finishing stages. Trim work in a custom home brings so much character and turns a house into a home. We’re lucky to have the same elite carpentry team exclusively on our projects for over 25 years.
We are into the mechanical stages of phase 2 of our #mariposaremodel. This residence had three freestanding structures on the property that we are tying together to be one main house and one casita. There are so many cool features at our Skyview 5 project, like the floating steel staircase to access the bedrooms upstairs right off the kitchen. Stay tuned as we are nearing completion on this amazing custom home 🙌🏻
We’ve wrapped up the framing portion of phase 2 at our Mariposa Estates project. Phase 2 consists of building a game room to connect the main house to the casita with a game room as well as adding 3 additional garage bays 👊🏻
Loving all the subtle details at our Modern Farmhouse project. Notice how @burdettecabinetco installs a natural wood drip catch underneath the apron sink to prevent water damage to the cabinet doors. Little details like this go a long way!
